Custom Embroidery on Gildan 2000 T-Shirt - 4in x 4in Embroidery Included - Personalized Gift

Bad, just bad. Contacted shop owner before placing order to see if it would arrive before Christmas. He stated it takes 2-3 weeks and that would have put my order here right at Christmas. So I placed my order on November 30th. It didn't arrive by Christmas. Didn't even ship until January 19th. The embroidery looks great, but I specifically ordered a gildan shirt and received another brand that doesn't fit. I contacted shop owner again about wrong shirt being sent and he said “will forward to production dept”. That was on February 2nd and I've not heard a single word from them. AVOID if you're smart.

The quality was exceptional and the service was great. Gary does good work. My only concern was lack of communication but he got back to me and explained he was waiting on the tshirts to arrive. I guess with this crazy world things are not being delivered as promised, so it is trickling down to us. When I got my order, it truly was exactly what I wanted!

Shirt is perfect but had a dark spot on the front.
