The shirts looked great but we got them a day late so the first day of our show...we didn't have them as promised. UPS said that they were dropped off after the cutoff time for next day. There were some last minute additions to the order and logo changes on our side that made this a bit more challenging of an order too but communication via email was slow - calling him I found to be very immediate and once I figured that out it was great!

Have been looking for quality and personalized embroidery for xlothing to resprent myself as a USAF veteran. Found this seller and emailed to ask if he could fulfill my request and was yes. I sent the order on etsy and was pleasantly surprised at how fast I was asked to submit my logo and personalized info. I was even sent a proof of what I sumbitted for approval. The shirt arrived much earlier than expected and I am in love with my shirt and embroidery. Very very pleased. Thank you so much.
