Got a hat made for work , and all the guys at work love it ! Great quality.
The shirt arrived with the embroidered name just like I requested.
I am good with the quality of the product, but what soured this for me is the ridiculously long shipping time. This product was a gift for someone and when checking out I seen from the shipping that it should arrive in 5 business days which was fine because I had almost 2 weeks before when I needed it but it didn't arrive within a week or even 2 weeks. I reached out to customer service with the only response being " Sorry it's our busy season" WTF?! Simply not good enough, and finally my package arrived 20 some odd days later and no form of compensation or formal apology. I think I will stick with Rush Tees next time.
Order came out perfectly. Gary was easy to work with on our custom order. We are enjoying the finished product, thank you 👍
I chose the tshirt and hat quality. Im going to refer people to sunrise.
