The shirt arrived with the embroidered name just like I requested.
I am good with the quality of the product, but what soured this for me is the ridiculously long shipping time. This product was a gift for someone and when checking out I seen from the shipping that it should arrive in 5 business days which was fine because I had almost 2 weeks before when I needed it but it didn't arrive within a week or even 2 weeks. I reached out to customer service with the only response being " Sorry it's our busy season" WTF?! Simply not good enough, and finally my package arrived 20 some odd days later and no form of compensation or formal apology. I think I will stick with Rush Tees next time.

Having had new employees join, new uniforms are needed. Also due to weather we had jackets that needed to be embroidered. On Wednesday we were told the embroidered jackets and polos would be done, but the print for the 6 shirts would need to wait till the following Monday. When I picked up the items on Friday, to my surprised it was all done! They get things done! Now I’m not saying they will work 24/7, but you can definitely tell their passion and dedication to their work!
