I like the hat I got. Unfortunately, it is not exactly what I ordered, and when I reached out to rectify it not being right, I never received a response.
The embroidery is clean and legible
Wow! I called about this product due to fact New Era did not sell it directly. Sunrise was professional, accurate, helpful and walked me thru process that i did not have to order 100; i could just order one, but i needed a logo………or my initials. It took 10 minutes to complete the transaction and i had confirmation info in 10 minutes……….my product arrived in 4 days!!! I will work with Sunrise again!
As always they did a great job with our logo and putting it on an assortment of golf shirts and jackets. Job well done and affordable.

Pictures in advertising and your website show a big brimmed (fisherman’s brim) “dad cap” . Disappointed when I got just a regular ball cap. Thanks, but this is not what I ordered.
Product options, print and communication is a key
Poor communication about delayed fulfillment. Calls and emails not returned. Product is nice and embroidery is good. Per the FTC "Online sellers have to ship when they (or their ads) say they will. (The law says so.) If they don’t ship then, they have to tell you (and give you a chance to cancel and get a full refund). If they don’t give a shipping date, they have 30 days to ship from the date of your order."
I had just moved and my computer auto filled the wrong address when I ordered the hat. I emailed the next day spoke to Gary who told me he got the address fixed, 3 weeks later the hat is sent out to the wrong address. Again email Gary saying the hat was sent to the wrong address asked if he could resend it out said I would pay for the shipping again if needed. Haven't gotten a response after them saying it was shipped tried 3 different times.
I was very impressed with the quality of the embroidery, and the price was quite affordable considering many similar vendors.

Exactly what I wanted! These shirts are so hard to find and sunrise wear came through clutch. Going to be getting a few more here soon!
I finally found this jacket I had been looking for in the color/size I needed and it was cheaper than anywhere else. I ordered it not knowing this was even an embroidery store. Upon asking for the item to be sent blank, I was informed that it couldn’t be done because of an agreement with travismathew, but it was suggested I make the required embroidery small and in an inconspicuous place. This was acceptable to me and the finished product looks great! I appreciate the suggestion and craftsmanship.
Sunrise did a great job, I am very happy with my embroidered shirts and sweaters. Very happy and will return in the future.
