Ordered embroidered hats and got a heat transfer hat and it took like a month for me to get those very disappointing contacted customer service no one replied back.
I stumbled across this site looking for unique hats. I don’t run a business so I didn’t have any logos put on the hats I purchased. As far as the quality of the 3 hats I purchased, they were all great. I was very impressed

First off, the customer service is outstanding. The embroidery on the T-shirts is beautifully done, and the fit is perfect. I purchased both an XS and a Small in the women’s styles. The turnaround time was quick, and the pricing is very reasonable for the quality you receive.
