Digitizing is the process of turning your artwork or logo into machine embroidery files. Digitizing can make the difference between a logo that embroiders properly versus a logo that isn't legible. Bad digitizing can cause needle breaks, machine errors, poor registration, and many more issues that makes the embroidery useless.
