Three Embroidery Stitch Types

  1. Satin Stitch
  • Most Commonly used stitch type for regular text
  • Min Width: 0.040 in, Max Width: 0.25 in
  • Tatami Stitch
    • Used to fill in large areas with stitch when it is too wide for Satin Stitch (wider than 0.25in)
  • Run Stitch
    • Thinnest stitch made for small details that cannot be done with satin. Not the best for readability.
