We set out to build a light weight, superior quality, easy to wear, classic vibes snapback & The Surplus is what we came up with. Using a soft, light weight, cotton twill base, we added structure to the pinch front crown, finished with a flat bill & a classic snapback. If you're looking for a snapback for all occasions, this might be your jam.
