I had just moved and my computer auto filled the wrong address when I ordered the hat. I emailed the next day spoke to Gary who told me he got the address fixed, 3 weeks later the hat is sent out to the wrong address. Again email Gary saying the hat was sent to the wrong address asked if he could resend it out said I would pay for the shipping again if needed. Haven't gotten a response after them saying it was shipped tried 3 different times.

Great quality, and the owner was very nice and easy to work with (also did not get frustrated with me having detailed customization). Shipping was quick to the east coast, too!
