Shipping was fast, especially during the holidays, which was great. However, the embroidery was a little messed up in certain spots (threads overlapped and it looked messy). Took a while to receive confirmation that logo had been received, but again was during holiday season. It would’ve been great to see a proof before printing so I might have been able to see potential problem areas and maybe have been able to send updated image files.
