Bad, just bad. Contacted shop owner before placing order to see if it would arrive before Christmas. He stated it takes 2-3 weeks and that would have put my order here right at Christmas. So I placed my order on November 30th. It didn't arrive by Christmas. Didn't even ship until January 19th. The embroidery looks great, but I specifically ordered a gildan shirt and received another brand that doesn't fit. I contacted shop owner again about wrong shirt being sent and he said “will forward to production dept”. That was on February 2nd and I've not heard a single word from them. AVOID if you're smart.

The embroidery on this hoodie looks amazing. Excellent communication from Seller. Will definitely buy again.

I ordered this custom hoodie as a birthday present. The embroidery turned out better than I could've ever expected! Gary was great to work with and quickly helped me perfect the design as I was hoping. I would 100% recommend going through Gary for any of your custom needs!!
