This was so easy and speedy product delivery!
I had to place reorder.. til then needed by the 10ths paid $89 to expedite shipping and they did not arrive in time for my teas trip. And when I received I was one short. Which they shipped week later.. I was so bummed.. I have emails says it was suppose to arrive next day. However with weekend I received late.
There’s no plane on order to add embroidery 🤷🏼
I just started I’m own business. I was excited to get shirts for my business. When I first ordered they called me right away to confirm what I want. I wanted the v neck with logo on left. He said because it’s v neck it’s better to go with a smaller print. So he sent the mock up but I didn’t like it so I asked to see it on the regular shirt center and on the left. I liked it on the left but I wanted a bigger print. I approved that but I never received confirmation and I was waiting for weeks. I sent out 2 emails saying I just wanted to confirm you got my change. First email no response 2nd email they got back to me and said they would let them know about my change. Shirts arrived and it wasn’t what I approved it was the other one that I didn’t like. I reached out to see if I could get a refund or have the right shirts sent out but they ignored me. The reason I gave 2 stars is because even though they got the wrong print, the print was good quality.
