The hoodie itself is very warm and true to size. The logo came out perfect and Gary was even able to make a modification to my logo and remove a shadow that I didn't want to be embroidered onto the sweater. Gary responded quickly and I received my order before the expected delivery date.

Ordered 7 items from this shop. It took over a month to ship. Only 4 of the 7 arrived and each item has different styles, brands, zippers/hardware. I gave the seller time to respond but haven't received any response other than “I'”lol ask production”. In addition they did not respond to my email where I did not approved the size of the logo. Very disappointed.
