I am unsure how I found Sunrise but glad I did. Even when Nike hoodies can be found, they are generally costly. This was priced well and came with the embroidery option-- fantastic! I was sent the mock-up and needed a major modification (completely on me)-- team quickly responded and sent a new proof. I approved it and it was in hand in less than a week. My son loves it! Will definitely use again.
My order was incorrect and I’m having a hard time getting a response from the company.
I purchased several Jackets from this company. The sales representative was wonderful. He provided me with exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I was advised that the jackets would be done right away and would sent to me within 2 weeks of my purchase. As of week 4, I hadn't received anything and hadn't heard anything from the company, so I called. I was advised that the jackets were there and completed and for some reason had just not been sent out yet. The gentleman that I spoke with was great, I received the jackets within two days, so that was wonderful. When I opened the order, I noticed that one of the jackets had a very visible oil/grease-like stain right next to the embroidered name on the right chest side. I have reached out to the company a couple of times via email with pictures of the jacket and have heard nothing back from them. This makes me sad because the service was so great at the beginning and I was really hoping to be able to continue to use this company for our future purchases.
I want to Thank Gary at Sunrise Wear for all his help in ordering super hard to find hats the 1409 The Haymaker Performance Caps for our 40th Anniversary Celebration of Metro Ford Chicago.
