Nonsuch Club Dad Hat

I order two hats with logos. Both arrived. One with the logo and one without. I emailed them twice to resolve this issue and have not had a response. Very poor customer service and disappointing too.

Pictures in advertising and your website show a big brimmed (fisherman’s brim) “dad cap” . Disappointed when I got just a regular ball cap. Thanks, but this is not what I ordered.

These are very nice hats with great logo and appear well constructed, but we were sent black hats, not navy.
