Recently we placed our first order for ball caps, all of it with our company logo. Their pricing is always competitive, with discounts for volume, and the variety of styles and brands is huge. Most important to me, is the excellent customer service. Gary is always responsive, the orders ship quickly, and the communication after shipping is unequaled. I highly recomment them to any business looking for peronalized merchandise.
So, we ordered shirts for our group's event. They were supposed to have the event logo on the shirts and the name of our boat in capital letters below. The arrived without the logo, and the name in lower Upper/lower case. On returning the order for correction, the logo was added, but did not arrive until the night before departure.
Top Notch customer service and quality of product but the design on the hat is not what I was shown from the digitalization. And how can I get the 3D Puff raised littering?
