Good products, very poor communication

Not impressed by the customer service. Our order was delivered a few weeks late. Very poor communication, not responsive to emails or calls. One of our custom orders had the logo in the completely wrong position compared to the others within the order. The products overall were of good quality, but we will likely not be using this service again.
